Right now, the classes being offered are:

Meditation Basics 1             Tuesdays, starting December 11th

Meditation Basics 2             Thursdays, starting December 13th

Foundations of the Path   Thursdays, starting December 13th

We’re also beginning weekly dharma talks. These are  by donation. These talks will be accessible to anyone, regardless of their level of practice, if they are newcomers, and so on. They will be on Tuesdays from 4-530pm.

  1. What do you value in a class?

What kind of class is a waste of time, and what kind of class makes you feel good?

What makes you uncomfortable or nervous about classes?

What expectations might you have for a teacher, depending on if the class is meditation, art, literature, movement, and so on?
